    JOHANNESBURG, GAUTENG | R20 000 – R25 000 PER MONTH NEGOTIABLE TO EXPERIENCE

    Our client is seeking a TOP RETAIL STORE MANAGER who is well-groomed, well-spoken and passionate to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate must be RETAIL SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTATED and be responsible with proven RETAIL SALES track record within HIGH END FASHION. Any exposure to RETAIL industry, where you are DEALING WITH HIGH END CLIENTELE is the best experience for this company. The growth opportunities are amazing within!!

    REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

    • Three years retail sales experience – Fashion experience is ideal, however high end retail cosmetics or spa and beauty experience will be considered
    • Understanding of the luxury retail market is ideal
    • Understanding of garment construction and fabrications
    • Keen eye for detail and love for quality
    • Be able to work as part of a team and have excellent leadership skills
    • Enjoy working with the public (high end clientele)
    • Be service orientated
    • Have a polite, helpful manner
    • Be confident when dealing with difficult situations
    • Have basic mathematical skills, for dealing with payments and stock checks
    • Have plenty of stamina
    • Be flexible and adaptable
    • Be reliable and trustworthy
    • Must work well under pressure
    • Demonstrate sound work ethics

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

    • Retail sales and meeting set personal sales targets
    • Stock counts and stocktake
    • Stock replenishment
    • Client liaison
    • In-store customer styling
    • Housekeeping
    • Administration
    • Understand and be comfortable using retail POS systems
    • May be required to assist with any brand events (in-store functions, VIP customer events, fashion shows)
