Under the guidance of an experienced Manager, you will participate in training experiences and learn new skills to run a store. You will get to participate and develop skills in all employee-related management functions including; interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, motivating, discipline, performance appraisal, conflict resolution and the administration of human resources policies and initiatives. You will also serve as a role model for customer service and set the pace for service excellence for all employees
As a Store Leader trainee, you will learn supervisory and technical skills that are in alignment with the company's values and operational strategies. In this position, you will train under at least one experienced store leader and you will gain the skills and experience in merchandising, driving sales and maximizing profits through leading your team,
customer service, product management, maintaining visual standards, budget management, managing shrinkage, monitoring stock flow, employee relations, recruitment, training and development.
The trainee store leader program should prepare you for the decisions you will be making, and the actions you will be taking in the areas of people management, operations management, and merchandising management when you assume the role of Store Leader.
